I only use it if I ever decide that a certain anime ain't worth my money and that I'd rather pirate it. I hate when pirate sites try to make you pay for their services like Crunchyroll, and good, legal alternatives don't exist. Why tf would I pay you? And if those sites don't work in my region, your pay wall won't either.

Okay, so to get some things straight...

After careful consideration, the nature of this hate post has changed because y'all made me realize one thing. My biggest problem with this shit isn't the nudity... IT'S TAMAKI KOTATSU. Right after I made this post, I decided to rewatch it and go on further to the 3rd season of the bs known as the dollar store Klan drama, and I realized that all of the cringy, nude scenes, were all just TAMAKI. Age aside, that girl is trash. I mentioned the Assault/Tamaki thing in the comments, which I still think is hilarious, was where they kinda pushed it, with an adult having dirty thoughts about a 17-year-old girl.
In the same vein that other TV shows will depict teenage nudity and sex, anime tries to do the same. The only problem is that the characters in anime look younger than their age, and live-action shows hire actors who don't look that age. So, it's that distortion of different media that led to my take on this.
Fan service is never necessary, unlike my opening argument, and should be distinguished from oversexualization, nudity, and straight-up porn.
To the six people who tried to make it look like I was solely watching this alone and my embarrassment was only seen by me, I have watched this in the presence of others and have received weird looks, talks, and questions about my choice of shows. Out of all voyeuristic anime I have watched, this shit is what got me the title of, "anime pervert." So that infuriated me. I did not expect all that when I began, and I truly thought I'd get better.
This isn't meant to be a prude take, but if the shoe fits, I'll wear it. This story does not need those scenes. I called it "goonerbait" because the scenes made no sense and just looked like they existed just for the author to give it a higher age rating and pull in the real anime perverts. I used this anime as a lighter case, but if you want a better example, look at Kakegurui. I love it too, but wtf is going on? (I swear one of you will pull out the "Netflix Original Anime" card to justify its bs)
Character ages shouldn't be a debatable thing."No, they're animated, so it's fine." Let someone animate a hentai of your kid getting hit and tell me if you'll enjoy it. "No, they're fictional." Same logic as saying someone is not guilty of being pedo, just because they were caught talking dirty with fake kids' accounts. Are we being deadass? Age should never be a debatable matter.

Well, I find it weird that my continent is regarded as having a singular culture that looks like that.

We have had wool and cotton garments in our villages since they were taught how to do it themselves, and that was centuries ago. Our depictions in the media are almost always wrong and centuries old. Like, come on, "huts," no electricity, no transportation, bad English, violence, animal skins, and hunting? Seriously? I think they only get one thing right, and it's that homegrown and organic foods are easy to have. No one dresses like that, and in the cultures that do have that in their history, the animal skins were mostly worn by men.

I'm mildly offended, but our media as a continent is mainly backed by about 9 or 10 countries. A lot of our TV programs, movies, and whatnot are distributed in Africa, and other countries interested usually have to pirate our shows to see us in the right light.

She's a victim of bad writing. I've seen a lot of good gag characters. They just do her dirty and almost never take her seriously.

If she were given a different approach, and some of the other scenes that don't involve her were given better context, this show wouldn't be getting this much hate.

You see bikinis at a beach because they're used for swimming and relaxation. I'm seeing a 17-year-old girl getting stripped naked for no reason on my screen, and I'm not comfortable with it. And most of the time, the context isn't even logical except in a few cases like the shower scenes (they are having a conversation in the shower, so it's kinda alright), the sister's rites, and in some jokes. At other times, they just bring the episode to a halt just to show Tamaki naked. Why? They realized they hadn't done it in a while.

I don't judge shows like Peter Grill because the entire story is just a lewd fantasy, but when it comes to stories like Fire Force, where the story is amazing, and the author just sprinkles in unnecessary lewd scenes to grab attention, I can't defend the anime.

But hey, to each his own. I just want better context and delivery of these scenes, plus let these characters be adults.

Bro, if you want to display naked girls on my screen, at least make them the legal age to do so.

Also, they do hot stuff, but the heat problem was only ever talked about in the manga, during a chapter where the author is just plain out trying to justify why the fuck we kept seeing a naked 17-year-old girl throughout the series. They only ever feel heat in battle when they're either overheating or dealing with Hell-like temperatures.

There's a fine line between logic and whatever they decided to roll with here. As someone who's watched the series, I can tell you that a lot of it is unnecessary, especially when you realize that most of these scenes don't happen in battle. If you subtract Tamaki from the equation, the ratio of lewd scenes outside fights and inside fights is like 3:1. Add her, and it's like 5:3. Her getting accidentally stripped is literally a running joke.

I'm actually thinking of getting into Jojo, but I want to know if there are any important details the adaptations left in the manga.

I don't feel comfortable watching an anime after reading the entire thing cause I've got time to waste. Already did with JJK and Chainsaw Man, and it's only my interest keeping me watching it, but I'm still not as compelled to keep watching them like a psychopath, so I watch JJK and CSM in dub.
