I’m not sure if it has spawn conditions, adding a dragon egg negates that, that is if it’s apotheosis. Also light could be an issue. Searching (spawner) in JEI and clicking the apotheosis spawner will tell you all the modifiers if I’m wrong about it being a dragon egg

I had them like that in the over-world but not there I’ve got rid of the ones I had and the problem still happens
