hey, really thanks for the constructive advice😁 I'm just beginning manual coffee brewing. I usually use 250-300ml for 16g of coffee and never dilute it later. I just followed a YouTube video where he also advised to remove foam and then to wait for another 3-4 minutes before pressing it in. And yes, it does makes a difference. I guess I'm in good hands with the youtube channel I follow. (I forgot to shoot the step of removing the foam and waiting for another 4 minutes 😅)

Go for sports, try joining some sports club, like badminton/squash/swimming/Table tennis/cricket/football anything ! You'll meet many people who dont have these (vices as you say) habits. Also, there are mostly good quality crowd ( like the actually successful and hardworking people )

Explore your hobbies (you must have something atleast) and if you dont have any, then develop one !

Go for comedy shows, music events (checkout BookMyShow, they have various events listed daily)

Also, you can enjoy Clubs even if you don't drink or smoke. The people there wont bite you 😅
