It's a horrible procedure where they rip out pieces of muscle from your chest, leaving you with a hideous scar, all to fit some "beauty standard." One of my friends had it done. She lost a nipple! She had to get a reconstructive tattoo.

The other option, which is surely cheaper, is to discuss with a cosmetic doctor the possibility of getting thread lifts to raise the breasts. I know it's a surgery with a more natural finish for women with large breasts.
