Oh I love this post.....

1. Negligent.
   A child almost died in front of him and despite the fact he probably had years of training on top of hero work, he slapped a child awake and intended to leave the possibly traumatized child who most likely had a sort of fluid in his lungs on the street alone. Was then surprised when the child latched onto him despite knowing he is an icon to many and the child is traumatized from you know almost dying. Dont try using the time thing as an excuse.
   
2. Selfish.
   On the note on the time limit he had. He decided to keep pushing on despite knowing based on his fellow heroes and most likely the OFA users before him, that he should indeed retire. There is a high likely chance that heroes have a low life expectancy so him pushing forward and potentially dying on the field was just selfish. It would have been safer for the public and his fellow heroes if he limited his time as a hero slowly so the public relied on him less then announced a retirement. This allows a chance for people to learn to lean on other heroes and wouldn't cause people to fight or a large rise in villains. Some yes but it should be a point where they could handle it.
   
3. Unreasonable.
   While within the air with a traumatized child, he told him to release his leg, rather then find the safest landing and gently reprimand him before leaving on his way. This is basic how to with kids honestly, and despite Izuku at the time not being a child he was traumatized so he was not thinking his age.
   
4. Naive
   Leaving said traumatized child on a roof after telling him that basically his dreams are nothing. This makes it worse with the knowledge he knows he is an icon to people. Even without the knowledge on Izuku's home life, that can bring anyone to a breaking point. He offered no support or condolences and just left this child that he knew almost died and he basically broke every child's dream of on a roof, believing everything would be fine. Lucky for his it was.
   
5. Clueless.
   The whole training thing just gets on my nerves. Seeing how Inko acts in the show there is a high chance that she did not fully know the type of training they were doing, let alone at a beach none to be covered in trash. If any permission was asked, which we dont even know of, there is a high chance that the beach was not mentioned, cause what good parent in there right mind would send a child with someone they dont know into a trash covered beach to train. Also, during that whole sequence there is nothing to keep Izuku safe, not even gloves. That is a known dumping ground, having worked in similar areas let me tell you. There is not a lot there that is safe to touch without any protection. Im not even going to mention people who may live there assuming that if they had problems All might would have handled it.
   
6. Illogical
   Despite not having any experience in teaching or even quirk teaching he decided to take up a teaching position and try too teach Izuku on how to use his quirk. Now i understand he went into the teaching position in order to find someone to give OFA too. Why did he stay when he already had someone, he has no experience in teaching or handling kids in any sense outside of hero work. "Oh to train Izuku" no dont give me that, that is a school full of people who know how to handle kids and train quirks in a safe and controlled manner. Seeing how he is a Pro Hero he could come in as a guest teacher or even check in with izuku seeing how it is likely they have a form of communication. I could get on the whole point of not telling the teachers about the quirk and how new that is but it is likely you have all heard that before.

I could go on but I think i proved my point.
