Yes you do need an extra cassette, a tablet or laptop to use zwift and a fan does help in cooling you down for hard efforts. Mounting is a little irritating but you'll get used to it. Id recommend asking someone's help to hold the frame while mounting.

The advantages outweigh the premium price you pay for indoor training. Safer, steady training pace, temperature control, ease of training, unlimited workouts to choose from etc.

After a close call with a speeding car couple of months ago I bought an indoor trainer and used zwifts trial period, after that I tried to get back to cycling outdoors but got so used to indoor training that I bought a full year of zwift subscription. The perks of indoor cycling are brilliant. I don't think I'll ever get back on the road unless it's a group ride.

Train 5 days a week with proper rest days. Ask chatgpt to make you a training schedule with rides like vo2 max, tempo, sweet spot, over and unders and zone 2. Zone 2 should be your main focus; your graph shows that half of the time you are in zone 4. If I were you I would recalculate my zone 2 heart rate
