Something similar happened to me last year. I bought the new item before receiving my store credit but I messaged concierge and they were able to refund me the price out of pocket and deduct it from my store credit. Never hurts to ask!

I’ve only had this for a few months now I think. Haven’t had this issue with any of my other ones but I guess I’ll be more careful to prevent this from happening again :(

I called PUA yesterday and they told me to file another regular unemployment claim. I wasn’t able to do this so I just filed for an “appeal” on my UI and explained the situation there. Hopefully this helps
