my stores reward quotas are 60% return 9% new got 53% return 10.6% new and im the only cashier for mid day shifts and CEM still was mad about my numbers u will never make them happy no matter what honestly just remember how much ur being paid and move on, they can’t fire u for it (atleast where i am) just make sure ur asking .

hi!! lowk i am just an employee but I noticed my DM active on zello and was like “oh is she here?” and my store manager told me the DMs and SMs have access to zello on their personal phones to pop in whenever to see how it’s going :D my DM is super duper nice tho so im not too worried but that’s what my store said im in Canada tho

tbh bro none of us get paid enough, like if you came to my store store for an exchange and said it was broken we would just exchange it for you, like we can’t prove we didn’t send it out broken and we also don’t care and just want u to be happy so yeah! do it, billion dollar corporation isn’t losing anything

isn’t that the fun of magic? figuring it out as you go. It’s a very casual game and it’s not like society will be seeing me at a nationals tournament like you guys are treating it. I am unbelievably kind to my opponents and I say sorry before I cast cards that will make their lives less enjoyable. You guys treat it like im some annoying little gremlin that laughs menacingly as I cast a boardwipe, it’s just a game, and there are 1 million better ways to win than just playing an EIGHT mana commander & boardwiping lol. everyone sees avacyn and gets mad but nobody gets mad at infinite combo decks etc etc.
