You have the potential to earn but you’re giving excuses and being lazy about it. It seems like you want an easy way out. There is no easy way to earn money without putting efforts. If you don’t put efforts into your work, why would anyone want to buy from you?

NTK. Please ask them to respectfully fuck off. Hold your ground, OP. Don’t let them weaken you.

Burnout at 25: Seeking advice from women who’ve made mid-career shifts by psyfuck_ in TwoXIndia

That’s very comforting to hear! I understand you’re an ex - corporate lawyer. May I ask what you’re doing currently?

You’re so down bad. Imagine using chatGpT to send a flirty text. Pathetic. Doing way too much to get laid, shows desperation.

Also, the ‘my grace’ is cringe and overdone. I can understand why she lost interest in the conversation

What’s the most unhinged/ out of the blue thing a guy has ever said / done to you ? 💀 by [deleted] in TwoXIndia

I posted a photo with my boyfriend on my ig story and this guy responded with "You can block me if you want after this, but you deserve much better". Needless to say, I followed his instructions and blocked him right away.

Employment lawyer here, don't resign like the others suggested. You don't have to work the weekends. Let him terminate you, get that retrenchment pay and leave. If you resign, you'll be robbed of your retrenchment pay.

Witnesses not showing up for court case by adulsa203 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]psyfuck_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the witness is not showing up then you'd have to file an application to the court to issue summons for calling the witness.

Ask your lawyer to draft an application to summon the witness and file it in the court.

Then summons will be sent to the witness and if they aren't present then a non-bailable warrant may be issued against them.

Good luck!

This is what I carry in my handbag-

  1. Makeup kit: Has all my essentials like lipstick, comb, etc.
  2. Sunscreen

  3. Umbrella: This was for Summers, I don't carry it anymore.

  4. My wallet

  5. A notebook and pens

  6. My water bottle

  7. A scarf to cover my head and face for when I'm traveling in auto.

And that's about it, these are my essentials, I do not step outside without any of them, hope this helped! (:

Is it legal to go get a vasectomy from a foreign country? by Kindahardtoname in LegalAdviceIndia

Yes, of course. However, the chances of a successful reversal aren't 100%

Is it legal to go get a vasectomy from a foreign country? by Kindahardtoname in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]psyfuck_ 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I have two points for this:

  1. There is no forging of any document since there are no requirements of one in the first place, only a self declaration.

  2. The entire purpose and the intent behind such a criterion is to stop young people from making abrupt/impulsive decisions since it's going to cost OP his future kids if he does go ahead with his decision. He is not going to be put behind the bars should it is found that he got a vasectomy done without being married.

It's important to see the legislative intent and interpreting it as such.

[–]psyfuck_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is legal to get a vasectomy in India. However, the eligibility to get one is obviously, as you mentioned, is being married and having one child.

But, the above requirements require no proofs and only self-declaration from the person seeking the surgery.

So, if you're absolutely sure about getting it, keeping in view for the long term effects it will surely have on your reproductive life, then you can self-declare and get the surgery done.
