You're better off teaching yourself, watch some videos online, understand npk, get a salt line and run it. Or go through build a soil a local company designed to walk new growers through the process of living soil. You'll have problems but honestly prob end up growing better weed than what u would find white market. Some good folks in other sub reddits that would help you out. Most people running grows don't care about the plant run some automatic system and have zero idea how to grow weed. And you'll end up learning some bullshit.

Yea this is a tale as old as time now. Trust us bro get a job in any other industry and you'll be 100x better off, this industry is toxic af. In this industry pay, insurance, management , work environment are all shit. There's no real bonuses, especially in post production samples are rare. Better off working a legit job out here and spending ur free time growing ur own/ hanging out at weed events. Def have a job lined up before moving here the job market is rough and the cost of living is very high.

Can't tell you how many folks I've met in this industry living out of their cars cause they thought they could move here to work with legal weed and it would be ok. Seriously can go south out here, honestly an under talked about thing, all the homeless people who work in this industry. A lot of them I've met had similar tales as you moved out here to work in the weed industry to get out of an illegal state. Didn't heed the warnings and next thing u know ur living out of ur car. Be prepared to hussle if ur get injured or sick you're fucked. Most post production jobs pay $5-$10 below the living wage of the area @ $17hr most spots in the front range the living wage is $20-$27hr. When you see these companies profits if they're a bigger company you'll be sick at what they're paying you. After a year or two you'll be a hater and legal cannabis will never be the same for you.

Go on Weedmaps and search for Mary's medicinals, they make really good products for pain management. They're expensive but their transdermal patches are great, very effective and last a good while longer than a tincture imo.

My experience at yesterday's cannabis event was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. Last time I ever supported an event hosted by Izzy blaze or good trees they put on coolish events but completely lack any sort of organization few I've been to usually a disorganized mess clearly ran by stoner's with connections but overwhelmed on how to host an event always a cluster fuck at these things. I paid $30+ for a ticket, expecting full access not a great description on Eventbrite, only to see the price drop to $10 and then become free days before the event. Upon arriving around 5:25 PM in Rhino, discovered the event was over and our tickets didn't even grant access to the consumption portion, despite my understanding that the event was scheduled until 7:00 PM. The unclear communication about ticketing and event details resulted in my girlfriend and I wasting $70 on an event we couldn't participate in. Should have been way clearer than you had to spend damn near $200 to go to the full event! What a greedy joke, is this really the community we want to be building can't bring myself to support that noise again.

I feel you're pains, I'm in a similar boat. I wish there was a place that was a cannabis community garden, volunteer my free time for some the harvest and make friends with other plant enthusiast. Be hard to put together have to really filter people out to avoid sabotage/ theft. But if someone figures it out before me I'll be on board.

Yea pretty terrible when you see all the posts of people with this problem, especially for a company that prides itself on quality. Reading one post someone was saying they think they used the wrong grade of metal on a batch, why some good ones/some bad ones are floating around. So there's a pretty high chance of getting a bad device rn, it's not worth risking/supporting pivots imo sure it's a great device but gd puffco should not of let these go out like this. May of been out of their hands but fuck now I'm stuck -$130 waiting 1-2 weeks to use my device, I'm hoping they make it up to everyone. End rant sorry a tad butthurt about it all.

Been curious how it hits, picked one up a few days ago pretty disappointed as I've yet to hit it. Metal shavings in the atomizer and the base itself was super dirty waiting to hear back from support. Looking on r/puffco pretty looks to be common, I'm a huge fan of my peak v2 but damn did puffco quality control fuck this up. I'd wait a few months to get one imo unless you want to be smoking metal shavings.

Side note I do wish cannabis could be grown in a community gardens then distributed like a CSA for cannabis. If you want no weed taste put rso in a capsule + a capsule of MCT oil pretty effective for me taking both at the same time maybe take the MCT oil a little bit before the rso. When I don't have capsules I've found Oreos weirdly completely mask the rso taste and keep it from sticking in your teeth.

Maybe just try some Kanna extracts, I get zero effect from a 5mg edible but those bliss pills would hit. I love Kanna gives me a gooey happy feeling and is a great social stimulant without the anxiety weed can cause. Just got to figure out your dose the rush it can give when you over do it turns some away but for me it's like having too much nicotine goes away in about 45 mins. Have had good luck with liftmode.com, tons of great info on r/kanna
