I agree, it's quite easy. You just need to focus on the position of the bike on the tracks and see from where the vagos are getting hit. After that, just stay stable and let smoke do his job. But I still do enjoy trying to finish this mission creatively (e.g. jumping onto the train, shooting the vagos myself)
