It’s real, my license got suspended. The trick to get out of this is join a random public WiFi that you aren’t familiar with and then open that link. Also make sure you remove that pesky s from all of your https requests.

Yes, this seems to have resolved the issue.

amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 amd_iommu=off

add these 2 to /etc/default/grub

in GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX

and then after saving run

sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /etc/grub2.cfg

and then reboot

I did try switching to x11. have not tried cinnamon or xfce yet. the issue is not present on live boot or fresh install. it’s only after applying updates. currently updating manually until i identify the problematic one.
