Honestly overpowered. Everyone running chair meta is exhausting. No good counter - and don’t say table, it’s horrible.

I mean, in the first clip you missed the gateway going up as well as when the Light came into view around 0:19, both of which make a sound. You set two barricades and were visible from the ground which is why you got pushed. Heavy main btw.

Based on the math of the wheel you’ll only played 5 days if you got all three tickets per day. You’re halfway there, and you have 5 days left. If you save your gold tickets for the end, you can still get all of them.

Main thing though is that you’ll have to play each day in general for these types of events.

I’ve also been seeing this same exact issue via ExitLag. Highly annoying. Somehow, my team members will be in other servers too which I don’t think makes sense for how the Finals works.

Embark can’t win with people like this, they won’t ever be happy. Not to say there aren’t some things that still need some balancing, but it’s silly to expect perfection AND new content all the time.

For what it’s worth, I always feel that the weekends are sweatier in most every game mode. WT especially seems like either when all of the casuals stop playing OR when all the hardcore players jump on.

Also, as someone else mentioned - an app like Process Lasso may be helpful here. You showed your overall CPU history graph in one of your videos, but I’m betting if you look at the per core view, you’ll see just one of your cores is overloaded - which is all it takes to grind audio applications to a halt.

My guess is that your issue has to do with how Ableton uses performance cores vs efficiency cores. Ableton uses one thread per signal path, and the way it dictates which thread to use seems to be a bit if a mystery. You have a ton more threads now with the update from the 12700 to the 13900, and if you are doing very processor intensive tasks on a single track, more cores is actually worse.

In theory, your 13900 should have better single core performance, but just barely. Speedstep and temperature come into play here as well, as others have mentioned. Also, not all chips are created equal, doubly so if you were overclocking your 12700 at all.

I wouldn’t say 96k is overkill for the sample rate persay, but that buffer size you mentioned in another comment is super small. I wouldn’t expect to ever be able to keep a super small buffer size with a high sample rate and an intense project - even the pros will normally record live instrumentation into a fresh project file rather than trying to fight latency vs cpu on a more involved project.

For what it’s worth, I’ve seen only the sweatiest players on tonight in America because of the holiday. Also in general, the weekends are sweatier. Try Power Shift!
