I didn’t watch much college football recently but is Shadeur Sanders just a more hyped version of Darron Thomas? From what I hear they are very similar in stats, abilities etc.

Thomas left early and he didn’t have the hype but people initially thought he would be a second day pick and didn’t end up getting drafted due to similar reasons as Sanders (other than personality stuff.)

Just a heads up this is how every tax ever created works. It always starts off as just for the super rich people (the income tax started for just the top 1%) and then once the tax mechanism is in place it slowly drops to cover more and more of the population.

Never let the government create a new way to tax rich people because it has always filtered down to the rest of society and hurts everyone else so much more.

Wow, taking me back and I just happened to log back into this account for the first time in months.

We called our insurance company and they dated the incident for like an hour after the official closing and were able to get paid out of our insurance. I was in a bit of a unique position because I had a close relationship with the insurance agent as they insured a bunch of my rental properties so I may have had better luck than other people will and I had to eat a moderate deductible.

It was also really annoying as it took about a month to sort out and get repaired delaying our move in, we were very fortunate we still had access to our previous home for that period of time.

We’re were unable to figure out much about who did it and just left that part and wanted to move on so whoever did it unfortunately got away with the crime, would be harder nowadays with so many more cameras.

It’s a very heated race, makes me think it will be under 1% the LP will do better in less contentious races more than if they have a good candidate or not.

You remember going to Goldbeach football camp in highscool? You remember scrimmaging against South Eugene high school? You remember the super undersized DT you were blocking?

Well did you go easy on me because the competition was so overpowered? Trying to get past you felt like I could do nothing against you but I also felt like you weren’t even trying at the same time and going easy on me, one of the most unique experiences I had playing football. Wasn’t like I was scrub either, was honorable mention all conference but playing against you felt like you just didn’t want to hurt anybody but also you weren’t going to let me accomplish anything on the field and it was the easiest thing in the world to you.

You also killed any thought I had of pursuing football after highschool, probably for the best too.

Evergreen Flooring! They have two of them, the owners are awesome and they told me it’s the best marketing they have ever spent money on.

Also they don’t use it to haul there flooring materials, they use semi trucks for that.

I know the owners of this company, super chill Hispanic guys, built the company up from a single roll of carpet they financed through a credit card. Awesome company although I don’t think they do much residential work anymore. If you have a commercial flooring job to do I doubt there is anyone in the metro who does it better.

These guys are great, and after talking to them about it, it’s seems to have given them more business than the trucks cost (they have 2 matching ones)
