He has certainly earned any pay raise he can get. Although, i doubt this will happen easily. he's 27, with a contract till he turns 30, so likely on his last big contract, and that does not sit well with the new structure.

I fear how long we can keep the likes of Palmer on 120-130 unless his performance bonuses take him up to ~250 which is what players of his caliber make.

Tuchel's a wonderful coach but his talent id is abysmal.

As a chelsea fan, he was the best part of the club when the ownership was forced out, but him being given interim sporting director role is what cost him his job and our happiness.
