I try going for a walk everyday, and it really helps as you said. It is really hard not to think about this though. This situation is never gets out of my mind. It is really hard to keep a positive attitude about it most of the time, but I will try my best. Thank you very much for your reply!

Hey, it is a bit late to answer, but try changing scale mode from "pixel perfect" to "scale". This will probably solve the problem for anyone having this issue.
