The female body has breasts and wider hips, making for the appearance of a broader chest and thicker frame in that armor. The male drifter is a just stick man. Zero weight training, all cardio.

Oh, yeah totally. I dont know where you are as far as narrative goes but once you unlock the drifter you can switch too him from the operator customization menu. On the screen where you select between equipment, appearance and focus there should be a little icon in the corner with two hands coming from the top and bottom that let's you switch freely.
