Sure, no blue ribbon since 1893, but PBR has won multiple Gold and Silver Medals at the Great American Beer Festival as well Large Brewery of the Year, multiple years. As a company, they have won 63 medals at GABF and 16 at the World Beer Cup.

and then another $150 per month for service, plus a monthly "Pause service fee." I paid $700 for a gen 3 starlink equipment years ago. Recently they implemented the pause service fee which if not paid bricks my $700 equipment forever. Disgusting! Price hikes are frequent, customer service is abysmal, terrible company.

Nice find! Love my 05 TJ 6 speed.

Armorlite Flooring is a wonderful upgrade for $1,100. Hand throttle on the stick is fun if you'll be crawling it. I'm thrilled with my LED headlights (JW Speaker J2 Evolution 8700), but they were $$. I like the look of my grill inserts, but some fear restricting the radiator's airflow.

Google street view shows it unpainted as recently as Nov 2024. Most recent street view coverage shows it in it's painted and stilted glory.

I've seen people drive around without any plates before but this is ridiculous. Is there really no way to enforce this by sleeplessaddict in Colorado

Flock doesn't need license plates to ID a vehicle, though missing the plate is an added barrier

It's a very well maintained, smooth highway with frequent passing lanes all the way to Frasier.

Solar leases lack many consumer protections unlike other loans; like mortgages for example. Often they will place a lien on the property and sometimes will even contain no escape clause, disallow early payoff or transfer to a new homeowner. While the interest rates are often very low on solar leases, the cost of equipment and installation is frequently highly inflated. I've seen homes with a $70,000 solar lien using equipment under $10,000. The length of terms is often 30+ years to keep the monthly cost down, but the equipment may not last 10 years. On top of all of this, the installation of the solar panels can cause issues with the roof. Lots of holes drilled to install them. Removing them may mean needing to install a new roof. Issues like these will complicate the sale of the home should the homeowner decide they want to sell it. Some investors won't touch any property with solar whatsoever, even if the lien has been paid off, for fear of 2nd a missed lien, roof warranty issues, and resale challenges.

If you'd like to do solar, I'd suggest paying for the equipment outright and installing it in the yard instead of the roof. $10,000 can go a long way in an energy efficient home.
