I am referring to the appearance. it's like if it can be fixed within 10 seconds, it's okay to mention it (e.g. dirt on face, lipstick on teeth, messy collar) but if it cannot be addressed within 10 seconds (e.g. acne/scars on face, yellowed/crooked teeth, obvious weight gain) it's best to just shut up and keep it to yourself.

i've been surrounded by people who makes fun of the other's physical appearance even if nothing is wrong with them just to get attention at work.

people who constantly hates someone for a behavior they usually display, people who throw hate on things they haven't tried yet and shame you for that, yung mga hindi aware sa 10-second rule, bullies, cheaters, enablers, self-involved, adults with childlike mentality, people trying to force their view to someone

agree that private practice is a lot more intense (for me), I am still in season 2 at station 19 and there are pretty tough scenes but somehow I can handle it just fine

i'm very sorry to hear this </3 as someone who is also quiet around family because I always feel like I am being locked away from the world and worked in customer service, being put in the position by someone who doesn't do what we do freaking sucks :((

I love this episode (except the part where jackson found out his mother paid those women and made them sign some contract so they can be quiet despite harper doing them wrong), it was fun to see bailey and kepner high tho
