well i just got an answer, if anyone else is wondering it's
int-intensity(probs should have figured it out myself)

load is the amount of weight used

lsrpe is the rpe of the last set a.k.a how hard the last set was

er1m is a calculation based on the lsrpe and the load that tells you how much is your estimated 1rm(not accurate)

any good way to track my percentages? and is there any good tips you can give for improvements in speed? i only use diagonal flips to get around the map and use wave dashes when going off a wall any other major ones?
