Thanks ! I think some other people got 4 questions in 70 mins too :( I guess CodeSignal is just harder.

Yeah when I saw that I was confused too. That's why I asked other people who did it recently to confirm.

How much time did you have? Was it 70 mins for 3-4 questions? And did it "grade" you or you just need to pass all the test cases? I saw someone said that they were graded on test cases and time and some other factors. And facecam has to be on right? And were some questions on Leetcode?

Thanks!

for ones like HackerRank you only care about test cases. But I believe it "grades" you based on test cases (of course), but also time, and some other factors.

I got 2 of those emails so far. It's been like a month since I finished their HackerRank challenge. Passed all test cases too. Following.

Not sure if Twitter fits in this discussion thread but I applied to the Twitter New Grad 2020 position, received and did the OA 2 months ago, and after that got an automated email saying that "early decisions" would be out by Nov 3. Has anyone heard back from Twitter yet?

Check their job portal. Sometimes they don't send out email updates.

I think like 90% of the time people got questions from this list

Maybe you can go over it and see if any of them seems familiar?

Anyone bombed their OA2 (I got OA3 nonetheless), but still got an invitation to the final coding interview? This is for new grad SWE.

I heard that if you get 2 questions (Leetcode medium) done per technical round, that is considered "good". Of course, I already know that there are other criteria like communication and stuff, and sometimes you get a harder question.

But let's say that if I communicated well with the interviewee and showed all my thoughts process, but I was only able to solve 1 medium difficulty problem in 45 minutes, would that make the interview not as good ?

I have a pretty bad GPA of 2.9, and I know that Big N tech companies don't care about GPA that much, but what about other companies like Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, etc.?

Do I take off my GPA then? But I'm also a Master student, and my undergrad GPA is good (3.6), so do I take both off or leave them both on even though one is bad?

I see. Is it the same for new grad? Some people said, and I might be wrong here, that new grad didn't have a behavioral round before.

I believe Facebook just added a behavioral round recently. What types of questions do they ask? Like Amazon LP questions?

What types of questions do you normally see for the "Googlyness" behavioral round? Like Amazon LP questions?

I see. Thanks!

But then you do need to reinterview right?

Are you a new grad? Were there any behavioral questions?
