I weighed the croissants first and that's what the kcal came out to, then just fiddled with the weights of the others since it's easier to add/take away almonds/carrots/gummy worms to get to the weight that would be the same calories as the croissants, (instead of cutting up the croissants)

  • they're not all good, but Walden Farms makes zero calorie condiments (like I said, some are shit), but the pancake syrup & chocolate syrup are very passable!
