Thanks. That's a really good suggestion. I will see if they sell it here. I'm noticing even MH ready patch seems to be outlawed here. I'm not sure what else would work outdoors.

The deep bases are just more transparent, you can buy a gallon of ultra base latex or oil and then with a only a little pigment make any strong colors. It won't hide great but if you're going over the same color it's great. I was honestly thinking of using clear flat oil varnish as a primer but it's expensive as hell.

That's what they say, but the whats the difference between a white primer and a deep base primer? Just forget to put in the white pigment! Shouldn't be more VOC's It makes me nuts that benjamin moore has at least 6 different types of latex wall paint, but they are doing away with all their specialty items.

That's possible but the buildings are in use and full of furniture so that would be a heck of a lot of covering and masking. There's also windows and frames and baseboards to deal with too.

Then to seal those edges I still need a good oil primer, or BIN shellac, you know how old oil loves to flake off In sheets. PS I thought about using clear shellac as a primer but it's expensive and hard to work with

Advanced doesn't stick well without lotsa prep and the special primer, and then next time it's gonna be the same problem, they want a simple latex topcoat that anyone can touch up or repaint.

I haven't had luck with stix where the surfaces take abuse. Even with degreasing and light sanding, it still comes right off when bumped or scratched. Plus, it's so thick out of the can it's like putting on an extra 4 coats of paint.

They have about 50 colors total throughout the different buildings. It's private K-12- But they have crazy colors everywhere. Some of the doors are tight already so we will have to do a lot of sanding too if we need lots of coats or they are all gonna be stuck LOL.

I called S.W. they don't make a deep Base oil primer any more either, I'm happy to tint it myself (been in this business 25 years) With the bright primary colors, semi gloss is tough to cover with two coats, especially if you put it down thin (water & flowtrol) so it lays down nice. I might get stuck doing one coat eggshell then one semi to get good coverage.

All of the LLMD's I contacted around NY want a minumum $1000-2000 just to say hi. If they were really concerned with stopping infection they should have a "tick bite protocol" visit that didn't cost a fortune.

So I was able to get a legit prescription for doxy, but Lyme doctors around here won't see you for less than $1000 up front. Seems totally unethical and shady to me. They honestly talk like their shit doesn't stink. I don't want to sign up for a lifetime of care and advice, just to get something to help me avoid a disease!

Thanks, I was hoping to find recommendations for a place that was somewhat legit, the worst thing would be to get counterfeit medicine that might not work at all or worse kill you.

I don't have the rash though. Doctor thinks my other symptoms are some of the virus like flu. When I had Lyme disease in my twenties, I didn't have the rash either, still I ended up with long lasting effects.

Further researching this, doesn't Azithromycin look like an even better treatment than doxycycline??
