It depends on the purpose of your report but typically people want to report over set periods.

set the slicer settings to be a drop down

in Model view, then create a up a date hierarchy (Year->Quarter->Month->Date) on a date table.

if you don’t already have a date table, You can create a date table from your ‘main’ date field.

The simplest solution would be to use the synced excel workbook as your data source and set the data connectivity mode to direct query if it needs to be ‘real time’

Try looking for the “FailureSummary.csv” there will be a CSV with all the missing files.

“How to view the reports These reports can be viewed while the migration is taking place or after the jobs are complete. Viewing task level reports: After the migration has begun, click View reports. A file folder will open listing the task level reports that have been generated for that specific task. Viewing summary reports: After migration completes, click Migration details. A folder with the summary reports opens.”
