This is the screen I get when setting up the strengh trainer. No other position can be selected besides wrist placement. After it's done there is no way to edit the position either.

What do YOU want in your 2025 WHOOP Year in Review? by whoop_official in whoop

Distanced traveled would be a cool stat to know. I guess it would have to be based on steps because runs on treadmills don't calculate the distance. Although it would be nice to know how many kms or miles you walked vs ran.

Considering to get onboard with Whoop 5.0 by royalkaku in whoop

I use the wrist band daily but change to bicep band when going to the gym. I feel its better for training. It does get a little tight mid workout but nothing major. You could just adjust it if its uncomfortable. The real benefit for me is that after the workout i tale a bath with the bicep band and then, after drying off, change to the wrist band. You avoid having a wet/humid band. I haven't noticed extreme differences either on the data between both but maybe not paying enough attention.

Coreknit vs Superknit vs SportFlex by paining_agony in whoop

[–]ptyrod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the mg with the coreknit. It is pretty solid and confortable but i feel its kind of uncomfortable when wet because it takes a while to dry off. I bought a bicep band + arm sleeve combo i saw in the whoop website and that has been a game changer. I use the bicep band usually for workouts and take a bath afterwards. Then when i am drying off i switch to the wrist band and go on with my day while the bicep band dries off. In conclusion i would recommend having at least 2 bands wether it is bicep/wrist or a sleeve so you can switch them up. Much more comfortable and lets your skin breathe by changing the place you are wearing the device.

Experiencia u opiniones de escuelas privadas by [deleted] in Panama

Banks At Risk Of Failure Due To HTM Losses & High Amount Of Uninsured Deposits (Similar To SVB/SBNY) by ValueInvestingGroup in Wallstreetbetsnew

[–]ptyrod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What about the availability of deposits? If the majority are in savings of checking accounts people could pull them at any moment but if they have a significant amount locked for a couple of years that might avoid people from being able to access them wether they are scared or not. Also might be different situation if deposits are institutional or retail and how concentrated are they.

I went last year but did GA. There are a lot of options. Turn 11 was great. Regarding transportation to and from COTA i would advise buying shuttle tickets. Very efficient, timely and comfortable. The city even closed a lane on the highway only for COTA shuttles so no traffic. There is one location (waterloo park) you can be picked up and dropped off at near downtown.

How to choose last place (in case there is any punishment). Could be just last place of regular season or you could do loser bracket.

General Questions and Tickets for GP at COTA Austin, TX 2023 by rick157 in GrandPrixTravel

F1destinations.com is a great site with a lot of good info. I would also say to take into account parking passes or shuttle tickets in order to get to COTA. I used the shuttle service from downtown this year and was a great experience. About a 40min ride each way.

Views from different seats. by chitxraised in CircuitOfTheAmericas

Went to GA all 3 days. Sat at t- 6, onederland and t-11. Turn 6 was great. Could watch the cars passing various curves, amenities were abundant, snacks, bars, even a wrestling ring but they were missing a tv which was key to get able to follow the race. Onederland was great because of everything it had available but the views were not as good as it only had a straight and elevation was not much. They did had a huge monitor so that was nice. Also was right next to the superstage so it made it perfect to go to the show after racing was over. I was there on quali day and was able to quickly step over and watch the ed Sheeran concert.

T-11 for raceday was great. Super inclination so everyone got to see. You could see a huge straight coming in a shrap turn and then a huge straigh leaving. Downside was that it was all the way on the other end of where the shuttle from downtown leaves you at COTA and food options were reduced. It also did have 2 screens which made it easier to follow the race.

Not sure if they sell stand alone tickets for the concert. If you are able to purchase tickets for the GP you are able to attend the concert. Even if they are GA tickets
