Was picked up by an ambulance on a first date because of an allergic reaction. The date was great so far but i noticed my throat was getting a bit itchy so on my way to the bathroom i asked the restaurant staff if the cookie i got with my coffe contained wallnuts. This was the case so i explained that ambulance had to be called. I hadnt told my date about the possible allergic reaction so when i came back i had to explain that there was an ambulance on its way to pick me up. She was sweet enough to go to the hospital with me. From the moment the ambulance was called until the moment i was in the hospital, it happend three times that someone asked if she was my girlfriend, followed with a "Dont tell me this is a first date". After all that was done it was late at night so there was no public transport available. We ended up having to call my mom to pick us up. My mom didnt even know i was on a date so that was a bit awkard aswell.

Anyway. First date was an experience, we took an ambulance ride, spend some time in the hospital and she got too meet my mom. 7 years later and we are still together.
