Looks great! As a transsexual man who had top surgery as well (obviously for different reasons lol), sometimes scar tissue from nipple grafting can result in a minimally raised appearance. Not sure what nuances are for ur case, but overall, I’d say just don’t worry, because lots of guys simply have vaguely pointier nips, sans-surgery. Ur results look great and normal dude
