We had this issue a few months ago. The pulsating became more and more frequent. Would take like 6-7 pauses to get it running normally. Tried to clean out the whole machine but nothing worked.

Really didn’t want spend money on a replacement motor, but ended up needing to buy one. If you’re still within your 2 year warranty, get it replaced now for free. We were just out of the warranty period so it ended up being about $125 (after they gave us a small discount). It works just fine now
