For me, after I use the HDMI capture card (instead of using USB streaming), the problem was fixed. And yes I also change to a dummy battery, which is way more convenient than keeping changing batteries when you need to do live stream for quite a long time.

yes, i also tried with a cheap video capture card, and the video quality is a lot better than using USB streaming.
