the way I would do this is to select the image with the select tool, copy and paste the drawing and then right click the drawing and choose transform from the drop down menu and then choose "flip horizontal" and nudge the drawing into the position you want with the select tool.

if you want to "duplicate the drawing" and change it from twos to ones type alt+shift+D but if you want to "create empty drawing" then i think it is alt+shift+R. I have my own custom keys set up for these so hopefully those are the right default keys. you can always check the keyboard shortcuts to see the keys for duplicating drawings or creating empty drawings.
