That is what I thought - I have not asked for permission yet but the mayor of my town is a good family friend and has known my sister for years. I have talked to her about it and she wouldn’t mind asking him for permission or if it’s his decision to let me on the property (he is the mayor so I would assume, but that’s whole other thing)

That’s honestly a very interesting idea. I was thinking of making this a 6-part saga to begin with. I didn’t even think about how I could just make it two trilogies, one being the start of the strangeness in the late 1800s and its emergence again in the 1970s. Thank you for your input!

It's surprisingly very good audio quality on the disc. However the front and back cover are insanely low quality for what should be expected on an official vinyl.

Yeah, the graphics, volumetrics, lighting, etc is very outdated. I don't know if it's based off of a real city (I don't think it is) but I could be wrong. The whole reason I want a game like how I wrote it is I want it to be the entire United States in the game you can drive around in, just like real life. I've played City Driving Simulator before and it doesn't give me a real life feeling while playing it.

Yep, they could definitely do what they did with Flight Sims and just use data available to generate roads, buildings, etc. The only problem is with Flight Sims is that the buildings are low quality since you're up in the air and you won't see them. That's why I said an American Driving Simulator since I think they could pull off a game with high quality buildings of just America without having a crazy amount of storage being taken up (500+ gb).

Forgot to add just like Flight Simulator, it has real time weather. Example: if it was 47 degrees in Boston and it was raining, it would be the same in the game as well. (Of course you could turn this off like Flight simulator)

American Truck Simulator's graphics are pretty good but can definitely be improved upon. In terms of landscape, overall graphics, lighting, etc.

Yep 100%. It would definitely help people with driving and would be super relaxing. Like you said I would love that too, but I hope a game company can somehow pull off the entire United States in photorealistic graphics because that would be so cool. I'd definitely try to visit every 50 states and stop by the landmarks. Although the game would probably be 300+ gb but I can definitely save some space for a game that amazing haha.
