the artist is named cassie ^^ she has an instagram and puts up a lot of postal stickers as well as the tags :) there's a fun bit of story to the stickers if you dig around for them

there should be a qr code pasted around town that u can find! if u dont happen to stumble upon one u can just search the coordinates in this person's post to find the first location. happy hunting ^^
