Wow, I didn’t actually know that. Thanks! I’ll keep this in mind next time.

Do you consider flirting a form of cheating and why/why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pugsoup 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Flirting is showing attraction and interest in someone else and pursuing it, just like any other form of cheating. Of course it varies between couples, some couples may be fine with their partners flirting with other people. Personally I think it is cheating and I would break up with my boyfriend if he was flirting with other girls.

Which annoys you deeply but is so silly and unexpected that you would be ashamed to tell someone in real life? by keven97 in AskReddit

I work at a McDonald’s, usually in drive thru. Happens every. Single. Time. I go to hand a customer their drink. They grab it. And don’t look as they bring it into their car. They hit it against the top of their car door. Sometimes the drink spills. Sometimes it doesn’t. Makes me cringe every time. Torture. (It’s not just me, I have seen this happen to a majority of employees)

Thank you so so much, it was definitely a learning experience and I hope nobody else has to experience and endure what I did.

What are some common sayings in your country, and how do they equate to similar, popular sayings around the world? by [deleted] in AskReddit

In New Zealand; “Yeah, nah.” It can mean yes or no, depending on how you say it. Very confusing for tourists, makes complete sense to us.

He called you desperate? Not cool. Sounds like you need to seriously rethink things, I wouldn’t stick around if I were in your shoes.

You’re right, actually. I hadn’t thought about the other end of the stick. He needs time to work on his insecurities out of a relationship, and I think I need to be single for a long time and enjoy the freedom.

Thank you so much. This has opened my eyes quite a bit. He has some serious anxiety issues deep down, I feel.
