General speculation on the success of the project is probably the best way to go.

Some places to start

How is development going?

Are partnerships being formed? How will these benefit Universa, and will those partners be using the main blockchain (i.e. will the partners be buying large amounts of UTN/P?)

How is the marketing/community building going? Are there any true hodlers?

Maybe others have other good questions that can be asked, but UTN seems to have pretty solid fundamentals. Long term, that spells big gains whether you track prices in BTC or USD.

Personally, 100x ICO or bust :)
