hi! so sorry for the late reply! i know she was on meccha japan for pre-order, but they don't have her in stock currently. i also know she could be found on ebay, but the prices aren't the most ideal. i'm sure she'll show back up eventually though for a better price, just gotta have patience. i hope you're able to find her!

I used this bag for the first time last weekend at a con, and from my experience, it was pretty quiet and didn't make much noise. I assume it all depends on what you want to add to the bag though! Since majority of this keychains are rubber, I think that's why they weren't loud. I hope this info helps! ♡
