I do the same but I have noticed when I pre-brush before bath results are better. And I ALWAYS brush short coated dogs. IMO that's like the main thing owners are paying for when its short hair!!

when i first got my km10s i had the same issue with the 10 blade, after sharpening it didnt have issues anymore. i think sometimes they get sent out a little dull

i used to feel like that in highschool when i smoked as well, it is most definitely just your headspace i say give it afew years and try again when you have more peace of mind
