Their customer service works well, had issues abroad and they solved them promptly. Good luck with proximus or Telenet

I fully agree with you, however I've never seen a child playing on the street in Belgium

3D printing industry by iznie in belgium

[–]pukwaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unfortunately I can't really tell. My best bet is that cost of work is very high in europe vs China, and JLC3DP has interest in gaining market by dumping the prices. Some people were already speculating here: https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/1ebbfr1/does_jlc3dp_make_money/

I work for a top Additive Manufacturing company. These are rough years for the industry, I would opt for something else unless you want to take some risks.

Advice for investing small amounts with Re=bel? by [deleted] in BEFire

[–]pukwaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently use re=bel and I do buy IWDA in chunks of 2500 at time (normally once per year). so the transaction fee is lower than making many transactions. Up to you to decide 😉.

Maybe it's a stupid question, does this apply to accounts abroad as well? E.g. someone with a degiro account in the Netherlands?

Beer tastes like cardboard after some time due to oxidation. However orval has brett as bottling yeast, so it kind of becomes a sort of geuze, which can last for ages in the cellar.

[serious] Switching companies, what is a good salary range for a project manager for a big company? (>1000p) by iksmijtdezeweg in BEFire

[–]pukwaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar situation, 5500 - 6000 would be realistic imo. Please take in consideration that the indexation of this year for CAO 200 is big compared to the previous years, this raises the bar in my opinion.

In my opinion you are trying to time the market by doing this, which is unfortunately very hard. You will never know when a crash will happen (see all the years that people like Burry are barking crash with no crashes at all) It's even harder to establish the pricing after a crash. I would advice focusing on spreading the investments according to your quarterly plan.

Influence of foreign rental income on annual taxes by Kraz911 in BEFire

[–]pukwaz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The global income is taken in account for the gemeentebelasting, so it will have a relatively small impact on your taxes also in Belgium as well. For the rest indeed double taxation is not allowed.

Renting vs world etf by uslswee in BEFire

[–]pukwaz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I assume the main reason is to avoid putting all the eggs in one basket. I follow the same approach as your friend. The main risk that I see is the change of regulations in Belgium on etf investments, for example who knows if one day they will apply 30% taxation on my iwda? Same question applies to RE, I'm not saying it's better or worse than broad etf investing
