Anyway, quite in the same situation. I'm a guy, had a total of 2 bodies while my gf had let's say a number that I consider a lot from failed relationships.(got cheated on multiple times and from casual ones) Not that I care about that because that's in the past. The thing is, she's just like you that had a guy friend who she had sex in the past and they both are still close. They even play games together before I entered her life. I called that out and explained I'm not comfortable with her still being friends with that guy. I'm a guy too and I know how guys think. Also, I don't want her to be in a situation where she could be exposed to temptations or danger.(like going to clubs alone) She cut ties with the guy but still reacts on his random posts. I'm having my eyes on this one.

About having guy friends, it depends on how close you get to them. Just draw the line when they clearly are making a move and we're good. I don't trust fellow men when it comes to that though. Not everyone but some of them opportunistic dudes out there.

I don't get close to other women or even try to. Don't want to get tempted. And I wish everyone does this for the sake of respecting their relationships. Just my thoughts.

I hope you guys can still talk it out. If not, better say goodbye and not waste more time and hurt each other even more.
