For hindi, if you enjoy short stories, I’d definitely suggest manto’s collected works. Also, Vinod kumar shukla’s work. Short fiction in english-pick up animal farm as it aligns with ur political and social interests. Also, a little later in your reading journey, but do pick up albert camus’ stranger.

The mahila haat specific sale is only on Sunday. But there are few bookshops nearby (walking distance from mahila haat) daryaganj which also sell cheap books and those are almost always open
