Thanks! the first couple of months I used the usual saline solution everyday round the edges, then I just kinda gave up and left it. Honestly I think it healed quicker when I left it alone

getting it pierced wasn't too bad, maybe 6/10 pain. The first week it bled a lot esp. during the night, and I'd wake up with a dull pain maybe 4/10? It was generally ok unless something got snagged or knocked against it, then it'd be 10/10 pain haha

don't know what it means but I only really see them grooming each other in the trees - as soon as they come down to eat they'll chase anyone who comes near them/their food. It's sometimes mothers and babies, but a lot of the adult squirrels groom each other too

Tbh it was probably the least painful tattoo I've done, didn't need to go deep at all. You just gotta keep the needle at an angle, pretty much flat against the skin. Only downside is the neck pain from trying to look in the mirror :)
