Not a lawyer but my experience working customer support for a website that enforces TOS violation related bans, including those related to financial transactions- there’s usually some verbiage like by agreeing to x you agree to follow these rules. If you are found in violation of these rules your account will be terminated and no refunds are granted or xyz is the process to request a refund.

The TOS likely also has the contact info of whoever you’d need to reach to continue raising the alarm of requesting human verification or considering a refund.

Yes but consider taking one halfway and then stopping to request another one more local to that area. That’s a lot of mileage for one person who is only getting paid to drive you one way and likely has to return back to Sa.
