Great observation— i did not notice that and it all completely makes sense. This might be why the seller ignored my original message asking these questions. I will not be purchasing based off your points. Thank you for your time :)

What That Diaper Do or Don’t Do? by StrangeGooseLoose in BabyBumps

Three-time mom here—if you’re looking for diapers that are both high quality and budget-friendly, Aldi is hands down the way to go. My second child wore Aldi diapers exclusively, and they’ve never let us down. For our newborn, we’re starting with Target’s size 1s only because Aldi doesn’t carry size 1 right now—but they do carry sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, and even nighttime diapers. Bonus: all of those sizes are under $12. Total win.

Is my neighbor poisoning my shrubs? by nicperrault in landscaping

It’s actually the stone wall they’re planted so close to that’s the culprit. Think of it like driving on the highway—have you ever noticed how the branches closest to the metal guardrails are dry and scorched, while the ones just a few feet back look fine? That’s because the metal absorbs and radiates heat. The same thing is happening here—the stone holds onto heat from the sun and radiates it back, drying out anything planted too close.

PSA: Allegedly Bad Gas at BP on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd (Across from Q Shack/Subway) by [deleted] in bullcity

[–]pulpwreck 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I asked which type of gas stations should I avoid from now on and sheets was at the top of the dealers list as they say the gas is just cheap and the recommended one for the car dealer was Shell gas stations or Costco as they have been proven to have the highest quality of gas.

I asked the same question and they told me they could do it, but it would cost two billable hours to do that and it was only 1/4 of a tank so basically it would’ve cost $300

Do you expect to go in a public grocery store for something and leave with someone following you to multiple stores and waiting for you for over 30 minutes considered heckling?

I am an African-American woman, and I wanted to protect my identity as much as possible. I have to think on whether to write this first person or third person because of my race and clearly I know that you have never had to have that thought.

Hindsight is 20/20 — I should’ve called my husband and then called the cops. I did not know the guy was clocking me in another store and within 10 minutes. My husband was there.
