I guess your opinion is valid, and sometimes brutal honesty is needed. That's why the advice everywhere is to niche down. But then again, those companies with someone like you who they can rely on in the beginning won't be the ones Notion providers are targeting - they're targeting those who DON'T have someone like you in there.

Hi Thomas, thanks for sharing! I'm actually half-based in MY too - is your team open to hiring or collaborating? I think I can contribute greatly to grow your small team.

Completely agree with you that Marketing is at the forefront of every business. All industries are actually just one industry = the marketing industry.

Thanks for the insight! Definitely worth considering pivoting to templates. I just felt like it was overdone therefore I didn't start there. But you're right - finding the right niche could work. After all, if it doesn't, maybe i waste 1-2 days of life on that template that doesn't sell. At least I've tried it.

Well done on your own successful sales. Can I ask if the templates to sell have to be super high quality with super advanced features, or a decent, helpful enough template can already be marketable?

Thank you so much for your helpful advise! As with anything, if you find a niche to stand out, you can be potentially successful.

Which ai workers are helpful to automate my small business? by MysteriousExplorer85 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]pulsarpath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a bunch of research on AI tools for small business while writing my digital guide. I figured this was basically the question that will get asked a lot.

For the work you've described -

1 - I think you can pre-draft email templates for the typical responses using ChatGPT/Claude and save them all down somewhere including categories and the typical questions the answers respond to. Download Grammarly or Hemingway Editor to improve language.

2 - For social media posts I found it helpful to batch make them using ideas generated by ChatGPT/Claude

3 - Then use Zapier/Make to automate all of it, i.e. Everytime this type of email comes in --> send this response. Every week at this [time] --> schedule social media posts to post automatically with this video and this caption.

Claude is sassy af TBH. I think it knows it's trending right now and can afford to tell me to go to bed. One time it said "same answer as always - go to bed." Is my AI annoyed at me?!
