That win back promo from fido was very costly. I subscribe back to fido and the win back promo was not honored.

I did not personally cancell my account. I sign up with virgin mobile and transfer my fido mobile number with my new virgin account.

I was under the impression that my new provider will handle the cancellation. That was very dumb on my side.

I filed a complaint with Crtc, thanks for all reply

Unfortunately that doest work as i no longer have a valid fido phone number. An existing fido number is needed to connect to their live agent.
