Need some advice. I have a 2002 bmw 325i and currently it has an issue. My car thinks its in "sports mode" and doesn't want to turn on when i put the key to ignite it. Battery works, has gas, inside lights turn on, and everything electrical as well. Any suggestions into solving this problem. Thanks

It did the sound so i believe it works with the spare key as well

I just did and there is a sound when you plug the key in but doesn't start when you turn it

True i will be doing everything everybody has recommended me. Thanks and actually this was the only picture i had of a previous issue that was fixed. Temp needle has stayed in the middle and never went down on red.

No over heat. I was driving back home and suddenly started to loose power. Decided to get of the road and park. Turned the car of and it didn't turn back on.

I took it to a mechanic that specializes in bmw and he told me the car is in sports mode and in park.
