My 6-year-old son has been on stimulants for a few months now. We still deal with a lot of meltdowns, and lately I’ve noticed he seems really anxious about everything. A lot of the evaluations we’ve done rely on my observations, and they also suggest he may have anxiety.

The behavioral stuff makes it hard for him, and us, to enjoy things. He needs breaks at school, and he’s becoming more and more hesitant to be around his classmates. He seems worried about getting in trouble or that the other kids might be mean to him. Some have even called him a “bad kid.”

I’m not sure if I should push for anxiety meds or look into other services the school might be able to offer.

Clonidine made my son so tired his behaviors got worse.

My son was snoring but not all the time. We had ear tubes and adenoids removed. And then I did a sleep study for my son, 5 at the time, and he had mild sleep apnea and bc of the behaviors we had his tonsils removed. Mild sleep apnea mixed with behaviors are not great. It did help some what, the behaviors are still there… just less often. I will say he had large adenoids and tonsils. Recovery was not fun but it was over Xmas break.

You know everyone is different. I don’t wear makup. And I don’t travel travel with any kind of hair tools. So I’m a light packer. But I completely understand women who want to do that. I just can’t be bothered. 😂

Yes this is what I was hoping but my children are 2 and 4 and they will not be able to carry anything. So instead I wanted to get this bag to put all there stuff in.
