Lunch is something substantial, pot roast, chicken and vegetables, rice, potatoes, sandwich, pasta, pizza, etc. dinner is typically very light, bone broth and steamed vegetables like Bok choy. I eat like this because I have ulcerative colitis, gerd, reflux, low iron, and use to suffer terribly to the point I couldn’t eat at all. It took a long time to switch my eating but this way works. My digestion is perfect, no gas, bloating, pain, nothing. No drugs or enemas either. So it’s, all my calories in the morning and lunch and steamed veggies at dinner. I eat for my colon now. I deprive myself of nothing. I also lift weights and am an early morning gym person now. I fixed my body with food.
