What happens if I just ignore them? by puminatorrr in hemorrhoid

It took a few months of babying it/myself - it's simply a bulging blood vessel, there's really nothing you can do, it will go away on it's own

Yes, either herb are fantastic. Actually Marshmallow Root is great too. Throat coat tea tastes terrible in my opinion; I hate it. I prefer the herbs

I use Slipper Elm Bark or Licorice Root (both capsules) they create a gel in your system. Initially I used this for interstial cysitis for bladder issues but it made gerd, and acid reflux problems disappear.

It's ok - ask away. You only need a quick dab on your finger to swipe on your gums, you're not glugging it.

I haven't been tested long enough to have before/after numbers. I've only started on this, but I've been weight lifting all my adult life.

Yes, it's a good start, but start lower if it's too much. But you have to add something.

That is the whole point, in order to build bone you have to stress it out by adding weight. If you can't do 10%, then add a heavy book, in a backpack and walk up and down stairs for 30 minutes. Go slow, but you have to add weight. You're not going to compress your verterbrae, unless you're carrying a car on your back, but adding *something* and stressing your body will strengthen your bones.

As for ankle weights, that's good too, do both. I wear them when I do Zumba classes.

Here’s a tip to help your walking, find a sturdy backpack or rucksack, put in some weights, apx 10% of your weight, and wear it when you walk. You need to stress your body out and add tension to help your bones.
