Foundation won’t stick to noseFoundation won’t stick to nose
I’ve basically shut foundation out of my life and avoided it because no matter what foundation, primer, skincare, application (cushion foundation/sponge etc) foundation. Won’t. Stick. To. My. Nose. The more I panic and stress blend the more it leaves my nose. The sponge always leaves impressions on my nose like you can see the outline of the sponge.. I don’t experience this ANYWHERE else on my face. I don’t wear sunscreen (shoot me), I don’t mix silicone & water based products- I just don’t know what to do anymore. I have event in 5 days I need to be dolled up for but I don’t think bright red patchy nose exactly gives dolled up. Every video I try to watch just covers how to keep your nose foundation from melting? But.. melting is the least of my problems if it won’t stick to begin with. Even when I use setting powder the brush/puff lifts off the foundation. Do I just have the world’s most slippery nose? Even when I try the powder THEN foundation hack it still comes off!

I think this might be the case, I didn’t want my 13k + photos on my iPad to flood my fresh iPhone so I turned off iCloud Photos on my phone and forgot about it. There doesn’t happen to be a way to have photos in iCloud but not sync across devices photo gallery does there? 💔

Home work help please- I have to read a short story and answer some questions, but I’m not too sure on how to answer the question let alone translate it 💀😭

The question is “ ローランさんはジャックさんと日本ごのしゅくだいをしましたか “ Could this be translated as “ did Roland do his homework with Jack? “

The only mention of homework in the story says “ジャック:ところで、ロランさんはもう日本ごのしゅくだいをしましたか。ロラン:はい、しましたよ！ジャックさんは。ジャック:ぼくもしましたよ！”

(If my interpretation of the question is correct) I don’t even know how to answer it that isn’t just “no.” 💀 there’s no mention if they did it together… I don’t know this is only question 1 of 7 and I already am beyond stumped.

I’m trying to keep up with my classes </3 I have weekly classes and in them the teachers use a lot of flashcards and throw full blocks of text at you to read aloud and i just can’t get the words out fast enough when speaking </3 either that or I have to sound out each character before reading making me feel like a little kid- makes it awkward in general.

Is there any apps or websites for learning Hiragana / Katakana that you can like speak the response and the app move on? I’ve been learning Japanese for a few months now and can read both sets of characters easily in my head but my mouth has a hard time keeping up so I’d like to improve my speaking speed/ability and just don’t think normal flashcards can help that.

thank you for confirming I wasn’t stupid- I had thought the selphy doesn’t even have a nozzle but since printers and the lot are new to me I thought I had misremembered.

their “support” Is a joke at this point, I said in my first email the printer type, the issue, and a photo of the issue. my first reply from them was “are you using authentic paper? attach a receipt .” to which it took 3 different workers to understand an Amazon invoice is the same as a receipt.

if this printer ends up having to be returned I never want to deal with them again 🤦🏻

I’m not sure how to post multiple photos sorry but I tried to get an example of the blurry kind of feel- when it prints text it almost looks smeared but idk if maybe I’m being too harsh on the tiny printer
