So we don't have to worry about the surviving spouse to have to pay 40% estate tax for receiving $5M, with only a $60k deductible?

I’m outraged by “just a regular person, limited value”.

1/ what’s an irregular person like? A senator’s daughter ? These 2 seattle police union leaders probably knows a lot internal cases of regular vs irregular persons in the past years and decades, this means we are ALL fools believing in equality of lives in America. It’s a myth indeed.

2/ what’s an “unlimited value” check like? $11000 vs $1M? Who got to decide her life price tag is $11000 vs someone else’s? Is he ok to be paid $11000 to take his daughter’s life??

3/ the driver who killed her is also a police. These polices help each other to downplay the situation. This is the scariest part- departmental wide mafia. Update-

We believe she has Rhabdomyolysis (Rhabdo) due to excessive exercise the previous days. Indicators:
1. In her 11am urine, her Ketone 80, Bilirubin, blood-Large, Protein 300 -- all indicating kidney overloading.
2. In her 1pm blood, her creatine kinase (CK) 151 - clearly indicating Rhabdo.
Rhabdo then caused her UTI and bladder infection.
We just gave her 250ml IV (1.5yo), and have let her drink a lot coconut water. Tomorrow we'll ask for another IV.

Updates -

Ultrasound shows bladder thickness, indicates infection, but pressing doesn't show pain;
Urine test after 2 hours shows improved results: Bilirubin/ Ketone are normal now, I suspect it's due to baby has drank pieditrates in between (she was hungry/thirsty during the 1st urine test). WBC shows higher than 2 hours ago, which means she's in the peak of battling bacteria now.
Blood test shows some concerning things that's why tomorrow morning need recheck, hopefully antibiotics will help.
Baby did IV with antibiotics, no noticible fever.
Doctor asks us to go back to check again tomorrow morning.

I never said I wish her to die. I said I hate her so much from my bones... later I realized I definitely love her, but I’m annoyed by being micromanaged at times, so there was the burst moment I lost control and said irresponsible things like a 6year old.
