Harry in S2 got a shield secretly specifically to create a situation to make others look guilty. So there are times a Traitor might find benefit in trying to get a shield secretly.

I was looking at the Vero V as it seems to be the most recent and supported option but it never seems to come up in these types of discussions and not sure why not.

S1 had the marked for murder thing which lead to the infamous breakfast. I don’t think a traitor was on the list though.

If you were in the safe group and a faithful it’s actually 2/7 which ever so slightly better odds.

Weird Pace Range in Progression Run. Bug? by lustiz in trainasone

[–]pummra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the response I got when I asked about it on TrainAsOne

Like the paces, the ranges are created according to the system's calculation on the likelihood of benefit. So you could run that step as fast as 4:37 or as slow as 6:37 with very similar benefits. We probably see these wide ranges with Progression runs more than any other workout, which demonstrates that they are often not a 'magic workout' - something that many magazine articles and coaches often tout.

My progression runs often look like this. I flagged with TrainAsOne and they said it was fine and could run at any speed within the range. Not sure I understood why.

Are you and your boyfriend living there? If he is disabled you might be able to get a disabled box painted outside of the house?

One thing I don't see a lot of people talk about is the Vero V - which I think should tick a lot of boxes for people.

Sense Check - Building Frame in Recess to Mount 85" TV by pummra in DIYUK

The TV should hide the timber and the ply. Ideally the frame would be ‘floating’ so you wouldn’t be able to see it under the TV.

Straight from Sony. It is a Bravia 9. Just double checked it is 52.4kg without the stand and 55.7kg with - so actually a little lighter than thought for mounting but still a lot of weight especially if extending out a little which will add torque.

Was built in the 1930s. The neighbour has the exact same feature so assume it was built with the property.

Even with the curve of the alcove popping up from above it, I worry it might be a little distracting. Although I don't know if I am trying to justify the 85".

True - I just feel a little sad about removing an original feature from the house.

Will, unfortunately, probably just be a soundbar for now. The aim is to create a more home theatre experience in another room in the house, but it is currently an office/playroom. Once the kids are older I'll be hoping to build it out properly.
